President Joe Biden is hosting an event with world leaders Wednesday afternoon in New York.
There, he will launch a Joint Declaration of Support for Ukrainian Recovery and Reconstruction. His remarks, scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m., will follow Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's address to the 79th United Nations General Assembly.

Biden will return to the White House on Wednesday evening after his event. On Tuesday, Biden gave his last U.N. General Assembly address as president.
"As I love the job, I love my country more," Biden said. "I decided, after 50 years of public service, it’s time for a new generation of leadership to take my nation forward."
